I founded Bellasoft after 10+ years of working for some of the big players in the IT Outsourcing industry in LATAM–where I learned my fair share of do's and don'ts. I'm convinced that there's only one way to achieve success: by creating relationships that will endure over time, not only with your clients, but also with your team. So here's my secret sauce: really care about people, work hard together, bleed together, celebrate together. That's me in a nutshell.

Now the formal background: I’m a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills, an IT MBA graduate with over 10 years of working experience in IT consulting and operations, and hold a solid background in project management, team development and customer engagement. I have a proven ability to manage multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary, distributed teams that are focused on building, delivering and maintaining technology solutions across different industries, such as energy, financial, retail and government.

When I'm not working I'm usually enjoying time with my beautiful family, travelling, playing bass guitar, or blowing off steam playing sports.

After living abroad for 6 years, where I started building a career working for international recruitment companies in USA and LATAM, I moved back to Brazil and founded Svaitech at the beginning of 2018, a company focused on sourcing the demand of IT professionals in Europe with amazing talent from LATAM.

During mid 2018 we partnered with Bellasoft to start targeting the US & Canadian markets. Having worked together previously, it was clear that we shared similar values and vision, so the decision of partnering came naturally. We combine a deep understanding of target markets and we excel at recruiting for functional and technical requirements, which leads to great results when it comes to hiring superb IT talent. At the same time, we always make sure our engineers are a cultural fit to any company we partner with.
